Dr. David Amron is a Los Angeles plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He was born in Los Angeles and studied at the University of California in Los Angeles and San Diego. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and returned to California for his postgraduate education.
Dr. Amron took his internal medicine internship at Cedars Sinai Medicine Center in Los Angeles and received the Dermatology Foundation Research Fellowship. He then completed two years of scientific and clinical research concerning growth characteristics of skin cancer, at UCLA. His residency in dermatology was spent at University of California, San Diego Medical Center, where he received extensive training in both clinical dermatology and dermatologic surgery.
