New Jersey Cosmetic Dentist: Dr. Alan Meltzer

  Dr. Alan Meltzer, a New Jersey cosmetic dentist, is one of the most popular cosmetic dentists in the country today. Dr. Meltzer received his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania while he received his certificate in Periodontics and his M.Sc.D degree from Boston University.

  Dr. Meltzer also made sure he has the right expertise for his chosen field. He took implant traning at the Branemark Clinic in Gothenberg, Sweden in 1984 and finished it with flying colors. Aside from that, he also has co-authored several published articles dealing with implants and bone regeneration.

  Dr. Meltzer is currently a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. This is the highest possible level of board certification a physician can get. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Osseointergration and served as the Director of Graduate Periodontology at the Temple University Dental School.

  Proof that he is an expert in his practice, Dr. Meltzer conducts lectures in conventions and conferences both national and international and talks about implant design, periodontal regeneration, guided bone regeneration, and surgical site preparation for complex implant placement.   

  Furthermore, Dr. Alan Meltzer is a past president of the Delaware Valley Academy of Osseointegration and a featured speaker for the New Jersey Society of Periodontists.
