The internet is flooded with so much information about certain issues like facial plastic surgery. However, not all of the information given is reliable enough to put your life on it. With an issue as delicate and as expensive as plastic surgery, getting the right information straight from a plastic surgeon is always an excellent idea.

Today, let us take a look at some of the views of a facial surgeon named Dr. Boris Goldman concerning issues that revolve around facial cosmetic surgery. This Newtown Bee article gives out Dr. Goldman’s tips for those who are planning to have permanent results from specific plastic surgery procedures.

Considering the end results of certain procedures such as permanent make-up, he offered the example: "Don't pick a color that looks great when you're younger, and then find later that purple doesn't look so good."

Continuing his spin on permanent make-up, he warned, "You must be careful what you put on your face because it's permanent. What looks good today may not be in vogue later."

    His point?

"A tattoo is a tattoo whether it's eyeliner or lip-liner ... I caution people to weigh the pros and cons conservatively."

Another important thing that Dr. Goldman pointed out is that in skin rejuvenation, smoothing the skin out is now preferred instead of pulling the skin tight. This and more are the things to consider when having certain facial surgery procedures done on the face. A thorough walkthrough of all the things that may transpire during the operation should be done with a plastic surgeon. This way, the patients know exactly what to do in order to get the best results out of the different facial surgery procedures that they may plan to undergo.

is wrecking balm safe to use around the eyes?

If it's a tattoo, you can't remove it by conventional means. Perhaps you can try using a wrecking balm to remedy the problem.

what's the difference between smoothing face skin out and pulling it tight anyway?

It's funny that you (or that surgeon) mention this, because my grandma has permanent eyeliner and it looks scary. She got it done a long time ago.
